About Lesson

Etiology:

  • Fungus produces both macroconidiaand microconidia.
  • Microconidia are hyaline, singlecelled and oval.
  • Macroconidia are slightly sickle shaped, and two to five celled.
  • The fungus produces the phytotoxin , fusaric acid, which is non-host specific
