Thiamine, Riboflavin, Paraaminobenzoic acid, Folic acid etc. are produced by Yeasts.

  • Riboflavin: Clostridium acetobutylicum and Asbhya gossipi
  • Cynocobalamine: Streptomyces gricius
  • Vitamin D: Streptomyces carlsbergensis and Aspergillus spp.
  • Vitamin C: Acetobacter spp.

Microbes also help in steroids, Ergotin, Glycerine, Gobar gas  plants etc.
